Abstract
We describe the new version of the Evaluated Nuclear Data File, ENDF/B-VII.0, of recommended nuclear data for advanced nuclear science and technology applications. The library, produced by the US Cross Section Evaluation Working Group, was released in December 2006. The library contains data in 14 sublibraries, primarily for reactions with incident neutrons, protons and photons, based on the experimental data and nuclear reaction theory predictions. The neutron reaction sublibrary contains data for 393 materials. The new library was extensively tested and shows considerable improvements over the earlier ENDF/B-VI.8 library.
